Personal passtime... for a while...

A friend told me to check out the show "Jericho". It tells the story of the inhabitants of a small town in Kansas called Jericho after a nuclear bomb goes off over Denver, and possibly other major cities. It follows the town's populace as they try to survive. They must struggle with infection, radiological fallout, power shortages, food shortages, marauders, and a host of inner-problems.

There's nothing more that can be said, without giving out too much information. It is definitely a show to check out for yourself, so you will see just how good it is. Only problem is the show was cancelled in its second season, so there isn't a vast amount of episodes. This cancellation doesn't have to do with the quality of the show, it was canceled because it didn't get enough viewers when it aired on TV. This is due to the fact that it ran in the same time slot as many of the other major shows.

You can either try to find reruns on TV (if they still air), watch them online (a good site is here it carries links to sites that host the episodes via streaming. My suggestion is the megaupload links), borrow the DvD's off of someone, or download them via torrent (beware: its about 9.90gigs for all the episodes).
